    During the seminar, the speaker broke down the implementation standards and practical essentials across the five core dimensions in a clear and accessible manner:

· Sort (Seiri): Remove unnecessary items from the worksite. Organize materials based on frequency of use, placing frequently used items within easy reach to ensure optimal utility.

· Sustain (Shitsuke): Through daily adherence to standards, cultivate in all employees the professional habit of strictly following rules and working rigorously, making compliance second nature.
