High-Definition MWIR Imaging – Sharp Vision at Every Distance

The M615H features a 640×512 resolution MWIR cooled infrared detector with a 15μm pixel pitch, delivering fine imaging with clean picture quality. Paired with a 15–300mm continuous zoom motorized lens (with AF capability), the short focal field of view is 35.5°×28.7°, the long focal field of view is 1.83°×1.47°, and the minimum focus distance is ≤1m. From wide-area situational search to long-range target detail capture, a single lens covers it all, eliminating the need for frequent lens changes.

HOT Technology: Lower Power, Longer Life

Built on the Type-II Superlattice (T2SL) material system, the M615H supports 130K/150K high-temperature operating modes. Compared to conventional 80K cooled detectors, it significantly reduces the compression ratio and operating load of the cooler. Typical power consumption is only 9W (at 25°C steady state), with peak power consumption of 15.5W. This effectively alleviates overall system heat dissipation, extends the cooler's service life, and achieves a Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of over 20,000 hours, meeting the demands of long-term unattended operation and high-reliability equipment.

Replacing traditional fill-light illumination and nighttime manual patrols, the M615H employs covert passive infrared detection technology that requires no active light source to automatically detect nearby personnel and vehicle heat signatures around the clock. Upon any abnormal intrusion behavior, the system responds instantly with linked alarms, significantly reducing false alarm rates and nighttime security labor costs, truly enabling 7×24 unattended intelligent surveillance.

Fire Early Warning: Prevention Before Ignition

Leveraging high-precision MWIR thermometry and intelligent fire-point detection algorithms, the M615H enables non-contact continuous temperature monitoring of critical facilities such as substations, warehouses, oil storage tanks, and hazardous chemical storage yards. It detects equipment overheating, abnormal temperature rise, and other early signs of fire, transforming "post-incident response" into "pre-incident warning," gaining precious time for workplace safety and asset protection.

Designed for demanding outdoor operating environments, the M615H supports stable operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +70°C and has passed rigorous 4.16g random vibration testing. Dual video output interfaces (analog PAL and digital SDI), 12V DC power supply, and UART serial communication (default baud rate: 115200 bps) with standard interfaces and open communication protocols facilitate easy system integration and secondary development.
