Thermal Imaging Assisted Driving System Solution

Based on the ADASIR15-75-612 thermal imaging module, this solution provides intelligent driving with perception capabilities beyond the visible spectrum, effectively addressing perception blind spots under low-visibility conditions such as nighttime, haze, and glare, significantly enhancing vehicle safety in all weather scenarios.
Our core solution—the ADASIR15-75-612 thermal imaging module—is a comprehensive system that detects and images infrared thermal radiation emitted by objects, fundamentally transforming traditional "vision" and equipping vehicles with a precise "thermal perception eye" to comprehensively compensate for the shortcomings of conventional sensing methods.
The system’s core value is fully demonstrated in its all-around protection of driving safety:
True All-Weather Operation – Imaging performance remains nearly unaffected in complete darkness, haze, light rain, snow, and other harsh conditions.
Highlighted Detection of Living Beings – Warm-blooded animals (humans, dogs, deer, etc.) appear as "luminous bodies" in thermal images, creating strong contrast against cold backgrounds, with algorithmic recognition confidence exceeding 99.9%.
Long-Range Early Warning – Detection distances exceed 220 meters for standard pedestrians and 350 meters for large animals (e.g., cattle, horses), providing critical reaction time for the system.
Automotive-Grade Reliability – Compliant with relevant automotive environmental reliability standards, featuring standard vehicle-grade interfaces and communication protocols for seamless integration into existing vehicle electronic architectures.
Passive Safety and Immunity to Interference – Operates entirely by passively receiving thermal radiation, emitting no signals and remaining unaffected by other vehicle sensors or environmental light interference.
The core hardware ensures exceptional performance, with the system comprising a high-performance infrared lens and an intelligent core deeply integrated and optimized for harsh automotive environments:
15-75mm Continuous Electric Zoom Infrared Lens – Serving as the "eyes," this lens features a large aperture and high transmittance design to maximize infrared photon intake. It supports continuous electric zoom and autofocus, with the wide-angle end (15mm) covering multi-lane short-range areas and the telephoto end (75mm) detecting distant threats. Rapid focus calibration after zooming ensures clear imaging. The lens mount undergoes rigorous mechanical impact and temperature cycling tests for reliable optical axis stability.
High-Performance Uncooled Infrared Core – Serving as the "brain," this core delivers ultra-high sensitivity (excellent NETD performance to detect faint thermal targets) and features an FT Ethernet interface for outputting lossless digital video streams. It offers strong anti-interference capabilities, stable transmission, and supports direct control of the lens and image mode switching via network protocols. Its low-power design precisely meets the energy consumption requirements of electric vehicles, providing continuous and stable thermal perception support for intelligent driving.
